Reel VENUS
Göksu Kunak shows their new production "VENUS" on the terrace of the Neue Nationalgalerie, which was commissioned for PERFORM! "VENUS" is a site-specific, symbolically overloaded hyper-assemblage, a performative installation about clichés - especially about immigration, movement, getting stuck, restriction, speed or slowing down. The work uses references from films, music videos as well as Fluxus, happenings and historical representations of Venus.
